Love is a combination of care, commitment, knowledge, responsibility, respect and trust

-bell hooks

I work with queer adults ages 18+in Oregon and Tennessee, and I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and polycules of all backgrounds and identities navigate interpersonal dynamics, grief, trauma, and the impact of oppressive systems on their relationships to self and others. My goal is to help you access your depth of emotional experience to live a more authentic life.

I use an integrative and exploratory approach to therapy, which combines relational, depth, internal family systems, emotion-focused, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches.

I do not participate in ableist compliance-based behavioral therapies and prefer to tailor therapy to support the specific needs of each client.
